At Zevonra, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to manage our reservations effectively. Please review our cancellation terms carefully when making your reservation.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy for room reservations is as follows:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund available.
- No-shows: A no-show will result in a charge equal to the full booking amount.
Special Rate Plans
Special offers, packages, and promotional rates may have different cancellation terms. These terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Typically, special rate plans have more restrictive cancellation policies.
Peak Season and Special Events
During peak travel seasons (e.g., holidays) and special event periods, cancellation policies may be more restrictive:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund available.
Group Bookings
Group bookings (5 rooms or more) are subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be outlined in the group contract. Typically, group bookings have the following guidelines:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: No refund available.
Date Modifications
Requests to modify your reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Date modifications made within the cancellation period may be treated as a cancellation and new booking, subject to the above cancellation terms.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of severe illness, death in the family, or natural disasters, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. Supporting documentation may be required.
